Department for Environment and Heritage   Request for tender   Tender Number   45144606     Closing Date   26/10/01 at 5:00pm     Description   Rapid Response System for Oil Spill Disaster Management.             The Department for Environment and Heritage is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified organisations to develop a rapid response system for oil spill disaster management along the Victorian coastline.
